I need to say this is the best piece of art I have seen in months and just a week ago I was in Picasso Museum in Barcelona ;)

It is truly amazing how much I feel like this in recent days. It is like you have 'painted' (how would you call this process of art making?) my thoughts:

I am Polish and after recent death of my president I immediately felt a media fist striking my brain. And it has been hitting and smashing since. I am expecting 'tuning' fingers to come in when we get closer to election day (yes, if you are wondering, the election campaign hasn't started yet).

This is what media do with your brain these days and this is what you are able to do when you want to vote. It is not some big bad soviet totalitarian monster doing. This is a state of democracy in Europe and USA today. And that is why this 'painting' is unique.

And if that was not enough to make it unforgettable - your technique is outstanding!

I love it!

Has anyone else noticed that the letters on his head spell "VETO" as easily as they spell "VOTE"?

It's quite intriguing. I don't know what it means but it's like watching Picasso's work.>>>[link]
I know it's political cartoon but I don't have any clue to what it signifies.

What a fascinating piece of work. Not sure if it's really my bag, but I have to give it props for originality, not sure if I've ever seen anything quite like it! Great work :D

I like the ingenuity and originality of this as much as it's message. Interestingly, I accidentally read "vote" as "veto", which I guess could add a whole new dimension...

If you dont vote, dont show your opinion then you are letting the same people that are in politics stay in they places and if they are doing bad things they will continue doing them.

People always should say what they think, if they dont agree with some thing they have to show it to them. As together people can change the way things go. ;)

Not voting is a way of showing what you think, and is just as likely to change anything as voting for a lesser party.

Amen. If we vote for someone with whom we disagree, it's more detrimental than to abstain from that election.

Voting is to show your approval. If we disapprove, abstaining is the only way to voice our disapproval.

Why not just go in there and set fire to a ballot paper? THAT would show you disapprove :D

Nice deviation by the way! Very thought provoking.

in the states that would get you arrested. and you wouldn't be let off easy. Maybe that's a strong political message, but if it made the news it would be horribly misconstrued , your point would never get across and you'd be doing hard time for attempted arson or worse.

Damn, I didn't mean it literally! Just rip it in half instead :) That can't get you arrested, surely?

Under what law would that get you arrested? If the fire was controlled, it couldn't be construed as arson, and publicly refusing to vote seems like a message of free speech to me.

i guarantee you setting fire to anything in a building that doesn't belong to you is treading on dangerous ground, doing as much at a polling place could be construed as terrorism under current laws. And it could be construed as arson because your starting a fire in a building. polling places don't take place in kitchens and he didn't say anything about bringing a gas range with him.
